Courteous Job

I am writing to you today to thank you and your staff for a quick and courteous job on our roof yesterday. I had noticed that the yard was left very clean and the project was finished in a very timely manner. As I was inspecting the job, I had also noticed that a potted plant had inadvertently gotten broken at some point. To my delight today, I returned home to see that the plant had been re-potted in a new pot and a new bag of soil was left next to the plant. That is just amazing care and courtesy! I was not at all worried about the pot, as I know things can happen during a big project. It truly means a lot to us to have such professional, courteous and sensitive job at our home.
