”Punctual, polite, and careful to clean up”

Matt C. wrote a 5-star review on both Google and Yelp about repairs we performed on his roof after a hail storm in the spring of 2021. He stated that we provided a prompt response to his request for a quote. Our inspector was even able to do some quick remediation work so the roof wouldn’t leak while we waited for the materials to come in.
He said that we did “a tremendous job” keeping him informed about the status of the job and that we worked directly with his insurance company. He described our work crew as punctual, polite, and careful to clean up the site when the job was finished.

Carlos S. gave us a 5-star review on HomeAdvisor back in September 2020, after we installed Hardie Board siding at his home in Copperas Cove. He said that our project planner stayed in contact with him through the entire process of ordering materials and scheduling the work. He spoke very highly of our work crew’s professionalism, courtesy, and “sense of pride in their workmanship.”
The crew kept him in the loop during the job and asked for his input on cutting and installing the Hardie Board. On the last day, they did a walkthrough with him and promptly fixed any issues that he noticed. The result, he said, was a 25-year-old house that looked brand new.

Chris C.’s 5-star review on Google, from late 2021, declares that we made his home “the envy of the neighborhood.” We encountered some supply chain problems during the job, along with pretty much everybody in roofing and every other kind of service. We were able to complete the work quickly and to the customer’s great satisfaction once the materials arrived.

Judithanne M’s 5-star Google review from late spring 2022 was full of positive attributes, calling us “professional,” “thorough,” “timely,” and “informative,” to name but a few. She states that she felt we took good care of her by handling not only the repair work but also the process of making an insurance claim for storm and wind damage.
